2bat Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

1General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the full agreement between you ("the User") and 2bat ("the Platform", "we", "us") with respect to your use of the 2bat website, mobile application and all associated services including sports betting, casino games, bingo, live casino and any other products offered through the platform.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet or accessing any part of the 2bat platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full. These Terms apply at all times during your use of 2bat.

2bat reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.

2Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use a 2bat account, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be using the platform for personal entertainment purposes only — not on behalf of another person or business entity.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information during registration, including your real name, date of birth and contact details.
• You must not already hold an active or previously closed 2bat account.
• You must not be acting under duress, addiction or impaired judgement at the time of account creation.

2bat operates a one account per person policy. Creating more than one account — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers or any other method — is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be duplicates will be closed, and any balances, winnings or bonuses may be forfeited without notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately at [email protected]. 2bat is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your login details.

2bat may request identity verification documents at any stage — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or as part of a routine review. This is a standard step to confirm that you are who you say you are. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in your account being suspended.

3Deposits & Withdrawals in PKR

All financial transactions on 2bat — deposits, withdrawals, bet stakes and game balances — are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion at any stage and no foreign exchange fees applied by 2bat.

Accepted deposit methods include: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit/credit cards and other approved mobile wallets. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically reflected in your account balance within seconds of confirmation.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for the original deposit where possible. Processing times vary by method — mobile wallet withdrawals (JazzCash, Easypaisa) are typically processed within minutes to a few hours; bank transfers may take 1–3 business days. 2bat does not charge fees on withdrawals, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.

Before a withdrawal is processed, 2bat may require identity verification if it has not been completed previously. This is a standard procedure and is not specific to any individual account. Providing accurate documents promptly is the fastest way to get your withdrawal approved.

• Deposits made using a payment method cannot be withdrawn to a different method without a review.
• Deposits from third-party accounts (accounts not in your own name) are not permitted and will be returned.
• If a deposit is made in error, contact support immediately — we will do our best to help, but reversal is not always possible once a transaction is processed.
• Bonus funds are subject to separate wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn — see Section 6 for full bonus terms.

4Sports Betting Rules

2bat offers sports betting across cricket, football, esports and other sports. The following rules apply to all bets placed on the platform:

Cricket & PSL: 2bat provides pre-match and live in-play betting markets on Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, ICC tournaments, bilateral series and other major cricket events. In-play markets are updated in real time during a match. Odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the final odds applied to that bet — any subsequent market movement does not affect a confirmed bet.

• All bets are final once confirmed. No cancellations are accepted after confirmation except in cases of an obvious technical error or a void event.
• A match or event that is abandoned, postponed or cancelled before completion may result in bets being voided and stakes returned, depending on the specific market rules applicable to that event.
• In-play bets placed after an event outcome is known — due to delays in data feeds — will be voided and stakes returned.
• Minimum bet stake is PKR 50. Maximum stake limits vary by sport, event and market — these are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• Accumulator bets are allowed. All legs of an accumulator must settle as winners for a return to be paid.
• 2bat reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings on any single bet or accumulator if the total payout would be deemed disproportionate due to a pricing error or technical fault.
• Any evidence of match-fixing, use of insider information or coordinated betting to exploit errors will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

5Game Lobby & Casino Rules

The 2bat Game Lobby includes slots, live casino tables, bingo rooms, RNG table games, jackpot titles and instant win games. All games in the lobby are provided by third-party software providers and are subject to the rules of each individual game as displayed within the game interface.

• The minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by game and are shown within the game itself before any stake is placed.
• Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live casino, by the results of real physical equipment (cards, roulette wheel). 2bat does not influence game outcomes.
• In the event of a game disconnection during a round, the round will be completed and the result recorded once the connection is restored. Any winnings from the completed round will be credited to your account automatically.
• If a game error occurs — such as a malfunction, display fault or incorrect payout — 2bat reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to your account. A "malfunction voids all pays and plays" principle applies.
• Live casino games are streamed in real time and are subject to the rules of the live dealer studio. Decisions made by live dealers are final.
• Bingo games follow the specific rules displayed in the bingo room lobby before you purchase tickets.

All games in the 2bat Game Lobby are for entertainment. Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game information panel. Playing casino games does not guarantee winnings — outcomes are based on chance.

6Bonuses & Promotions

2bat offers bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated when the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household and per device. Attempting to claim the same bonus via multiple accounts will result in account closure.
• All bonuses come with a wagering requirement that must be met before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement and eligible games will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and real money funds are kept separately in your account. Real money is always used first when placing bets, unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion.
• Bonuses must be used within the time limit specified in the promotion. Expired bonuses are removed from your account automatically.
• 2bat reserves the right to withdraw, cancel or amend any bonus offer at any time if there is evidence of abuse, technical errors or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.

7Responsible Gaming

2bat is an entertainment platform for adults. We take responsible gaming seriously and provide practical tools to help users stay in control of their gambling activity.

The following tools are available to all registered users directly within account settings — no support request is needed to activate them:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on deposits. Once set, the limit takes effect immediately and cannot be increased until the current period expires.
• Session Reminders: Set a time limit for your gaming sessions. You will receive a reminder when the limit is reached.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform. A temporary exclusion can be set for a minimum of 24 hours. During exclusion, you will not be able to log in or receive promotional communications from 2bat.

Gaming should remain within your personal budget and time limits. Never chase losses.

8Account Suspension & Closure

2bat reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account action include but are not limited to:

• Providing false, misleading or unverifiable registration information.
• Holding or attempting to create multiple accounts.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or use of stolen payment methods.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated against 2bat.
• Bonus abuse — including attempts to exploit promotions through coordinated or artificial betting patterns.
• Any behaviour that suggests match-fixing, use of automated betting systems (bots), or exploitation of technical errors.
• Threatening, abusive or inappropriate conduct directed at 2bat staff.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 2bat reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. If no breach is confirmed, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned via your last used withdrawal method.

You may also choose to close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Before requesting closure, ensure any pending bets are settled and any available balance is withdrawn. Accounts closed voluntarily can be reopened at your request — subject to standard verification.

9Privacy & Data

2bat collects and processes personal data as part of account registration, identity verification, payment processing and platform operation. Key points regarding your data on 2bat:

• Your personal data is used only for the purposes of operating your account, processing transactions, verifying your identity and communicating with you about your account and promotions.

10Amendments & Contact

2bat may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will publish the revised Terms on this page with an updated effective date. We may also notify registered users via email or in-platform notification for significant changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Continued use of 2bat after revised Terms are published means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
